About
Who runs ExamLens
ExamLens is an independent public-interest project run by Sachin A S in Tamil Nadu. It is not affiliated with TNPSC, TRB, TNUSRB or the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Why it exists
Eligibility rules for Tamil Nadu recruitment are buried in long notifications, and dates move without much notice. ExamLens keeps a dated record of what each notification says, quotes the sentence that says it, and re-checks the source on a schedule. Where a rule has not been verified, the site says so and withholds the answer instead of guessing.
How it is funded
The site is free to use. Hosting and data checks are paid for by advertising when ads are enabled. There are no sponsored rankings, no paid exam placements, and no affiliate links in eligibility answers. If advertising is turned off, the site is funded by its maintainer.
How the record is maintained
- Every rule is stored with a verbatim quotation and its page number.
- The source document is downloaded again and the quotation is searched for.
- A mismatch flags the exam, hides the verdict behind a warning, and opens a review task.
- Every change to a date, vacancy count or document list is dated in the change log.

Corrections
The notification is the authority. If this record disagrees with it, this record is wrong. Send the notification number and paragraph to sach1n0496as@gmail.com; corrections go through the same quotation check as every other entry.
